Dr. Clare Rubin has spent her career working in private practice, therapeutic foster care, medical and psychiatric hospitals, and schools for students with autism, learning, and developmental difficulties. She has over 25 years experience providing psychological evaluation of children, adolescents, and young adults. Areas of specialty include ADHD, learning disabilities, dyslexia/reading problems, nonverbal learning disability, and emotional and behavioral issues.
Dr. Rubin also provides therapy for individuals from childhood through adulthood and for families. Special interests include treating anxiety and depression, helping students successfully transition from adolescence to young adulthood, and helping parents manage behavioral and emotional issues at home.
Dr. Rubin participates in the Joint Admissions Testing Program (JATP) by evaluating applicants to private schools in the Atlanta area, and she serves on several boards for local private school programs serving students with learning differences.
